Norman and I were pleased to be asked to Srinivasa Kalyanam on Saturday by our friends Madhu and Sreeni. It was a lovely event with over 1500 people, many from Earley but others from all over the country, and there was delicious food - very kind of them to invite us. I met many other local people I knew as well and it was nice to talk to people I have helped on Facebook in person.
In the evening we went on to a Nigerian independence celebration at the Mad Stad with Moses Iyengunmwena and his wife so it was a busy and exciting day.
