On Saturday I was delighted to be welcomed by Sonning Conservatives to their AGM. Theresa and Philip May were with us and Theresa gave a rousing speech. It was a great opportunity to thank her for her years of service to the area. I find when I am out on the streets, talking to residents, many people and not just Conservative supporters make a point of telling me what a great local MP she is and how compassionate and caring she is. I told the attendees a bit about how my campaign is going and also about our recent victory in forcing the Lib Dems at Wokingham Borough to U-Turn on their decision to remove hundreds of litter bins.
